Staying on the first floor meant dealing with disruptive noise from above, almost like a wrestling match, which made sleep hard to come by. Basic amenities were lacking. no body wash or lotion in the shower, towels felt scarce, and breakfast options were limited with no black teas available. Additionally, I had to transport the pack and play from the front desk myself, and a dirty shower greeted me upon arrival, which was less than ideal.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean throughout, with spacious hallways and a welcoming atmosphere. I especially appreciated the comfortable seating in the lobby, making it easy to relax and socialize with fellow guests.

More assistance with luggage would be helpful.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was near Tiffany Hills Sports Complex and Creekside Baseball Complex, perfect for our group outings. The amenities were nice, and we enjoyed the pool. Check-in was easy, and the staff was super friendly. Overall, a solid choice for a fun getaway!

One downside was the slow Wi-Fi at times, which was a bit frustrating when we tried to stream a movie together.
